The sepherd is the best van damme flick since the replicant flick which was filmed...7 years ago.
Van damme returns now as we all fans wanted him to return. A Full of action movie which will satisfy the typical van damme fans.
Now let's be honest. Van damme is not making worthy movies in this decade with the exception of replicant but in this new movie he goes back to basics. There's a lot of martial arts action and finally a worthy opponent who plays the "bad" guy.
Since "replicant" the only other van damme movie i bought was "second in command" which i liked but it was nothing special BUT this movie is worth of your money.

This was the first new JCVD film I'd seen for years. I'd heard some good things about it and gave it a go and I'm very glad I did. A good solid actioner that while no great shakes in the plot department at least has some pretty good acting and good action, including a terrific final fight with one of the villains played by Scott Adkins. Very entertaining.
