Sadly, this 'book' is yet another example of overpriced rubbish that relies on its "Star Trek" name to sell.

On the plus side, there are 50 different crosswords that are based on material from all 5 series and the films up to and including Nemesis. On the bad side however, many of the clues are not related to Star Trek at all, and of the ones that are, many are so obscure that even the most die-hard Trekkie would find them difficult.

On the plus side, all the answers are included in the back of the book. On the bad side however, this is essential as many of the clues (and many of the answers) don't make any sense at all. Also, the clues don't tell you how many letters in the answers, and they give you no indication of how many words are involved, so prefixes like 'The' and 'USS', and plurals can sometimes catch you out if you're not careful.

Overall, this is not recommended. It feels like the writers have shoved as many words as they can in a grid, then thought up overly cryptic questions to go with them later.
