mobislyder - Portable camera slider

mobislyder is the world's first and only camera slider designed from the ground up for mobile devices and smaller cameras and camcorders. mobislyder is designed for video-capable mobile phones and compact cameras, smaller consumer camcorders and smaller D-SLR cameras. In the same way Glidetrack brought and popularised cinematic moves to a wider audience with the launch of the original Glidetrack, we now want to bring higher value shots to the masses who maybe don't realise just what a powerful production tool they may already own in their mobile device. To that end we designed the mobislyder to fulfill all the needs of these users in a beautifully compact, yet elegantly simple package, that opens up a massive arsenal of shots to users. mobislyder will allow users to add smooth controlled cinematic moves in a variety of axes to their videos in one easily transportable device. mobislyder can be used for horizontal moves, vertical moves, inclined moves. Dolly moves, push/pull shots, arc shots. mobislyder isn't reliant or restricted by having to have a smooth surface to run on. Its carriage runs on 4 precision roller bearings, along our own custom extruded rail. You can use it on its own simply as a low level camera mount. This could be useful for, say, filming yourself on your bike, or playing golf or motorsports. Use it hand held as a steadying device for extreme sports, i.e. skiing or skateboarding. Small enough to take with you anywhere, mobislyder turns your mobile device into a valid filmmaking device that can be used in limitless numbers of ways. Shipping dates subject to change
