This book is the best workout book I have ever bought. The instructions are clear and precise and the pictures show clearly what must be done. There are so many workouts to choose from and so many different exercises! Definitely worth the money.

This really does have a good variety of workouts, with clear photos and instructions. Having said that, its a bit like many of my recipe books - 4 that I do over and over, and lots that i don't! But I am keen to try out some of the workouts that are not instant foolproof favourites. The four "fave" workouts give me an energy boost, and the right combination of aerobic, strength, and flexibility moves. 15 Minutes well spent. (Also, useful DVD included). Main point - I look forward to doing them. (There are so many exercise books, and I have several perfectly good ones; however, I have finally decided to simply stick with ONE, get to know it well, and DO it consistently; this is the one I am going to work with long term. It's the one I leave out on the kitchen table, along with small hand weights and small ball - you do need these for some workouts, but most are without props).
