About the Author

I am awake. I can tell, because truth has begun to happen and I am drinking out of the fire hose all of a sudden. For thirty years my mind was numb, I was empty and purposeless, I was dead. Unborn to be precise. They say the fiercest shock is experienced at the very start of life. It is mortal fear that compels newborns to release their lungs and take their first breath. I inhaled mine here, in Notting Hill. Writing saved my life. I've come to believe that if everyone spent thirty minutes each day unleashing their thoughts on paper, the world would be a profoundly better place. For the last three years writing was my meditation and refuge. The outcome of this effort is Mind Bind, my first novel.

A book i have finished within 24 hrs. It is written in that way that it keeps you so alerted you want to keep going reading it until the end. Nicely and carefuly written well structured with an interesting plot. The most interesting part is the story of the hero of the book that triggers part of everyone's life and awakes feelings and emotions that many people live. A book that will be well remembered in the future and could be easily read again in the future.

mindbound 30 May 2013
By Jo G - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Gripped from the first lines, it's hard not to empathise with Leo's plight and wonder what will transpire from his efforts. Through beautifully described scenes and emotions (the excitement, the vulnerability, the rage, the surrender) you are impelled to jump into the book and intervene. The resounding impression is undoubtedly how much power one person can have on another's soul, their mind. Still, it is my suspicion that when the author titled the book "mindbind", he wasn't referring to the mind of his central character, but to the minds of his audience. Job done - utterly captivating.
Mind the gap .... . 31 May 2013
By Kerstin - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
If you like Brett Easton Ellis, you will adore this book. The passion and obsessive element of the storytelling is at times mind blowing. It's a dark, funny, painful novel. If you live in any big city--especially London--you will relate with the shallow personalities and superficialities that eventually drive the main character to the edge of madness. What a breathtaking story. I finished it in two sittings.
A journey from the fast lane to the hard shoulder 29 May 2013
By elistar - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
This story brings you into the world of a single yuppy about town in London, in which he wanders aimlessly between Notting Hill bars and his increasingly frustrating job in a large corporation. On the surface, Leo has everything going for him but the reader is brought on his chaotic internal journey: a descent into an obsessive love with an alluring divorcee and his ultimate breakdown. This is a fast-moving great read, very well written and offering sharp insight into human nature and the cracks behind the glossy facade of modern west London life. Would highly recommend!
A fantastic read, brilliantly written, very perceptive and hilariously funny 28 May 2013
By Chris - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I bought this book before my flight, intending to read a bit and then get some work done, but instead I read all the way to London. Leo is such an interesting character! The way his mind works intrigued me. The author also lays bare the shallow and self-obsessed London city world. Brilliantly written, very perceptive and hilariously funny. Can't wait to read his next one.
Couldn`t Put It Down! 28 May 2013
By Dahlia - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Interesting, funny, painful, a true insight into his life and experience. Couldn't put it down. It's wonderfully written and such a compelling story . . . it has you sitting on the edge of your seat, literally. I couldn't put it down. Definitely recommend this one.
