5.0 out of 5 stars Simple hands off Skype speakerphone device, 31 Mar 2006
I needed a simple device to use Skype. Headphones were an option, but difficult and the microphone was never in the right place. Skype's notoriously poor overseas quality was hard to work with. I operate in five languages and have trouble understanding regional dialects. The MVox was an inexpensive, high quality device a friend recomended to solve all my problems, and it did. Simple to install (USB plug in), simple to use (You speak at it, listen to it), and light enough to be carried up to the mouth for those very painfully bad moments when Skype drops your communication to a whisper. It has a decent-sized speaker of good quality and my French counterparts tell me it makes me sound like a Belgian, so the microphone must be good.
