You have to wait. When first published and sales are high so is the price. As sales dwindle the price is lowered to encourage more sales. The old law of supply and demand coming into play. Don't mind the author getting his reward though but Amazon seems to get a large slice of the takings.
PS Its only 3.99 now, July 2013.
