Ryan Huxley has been running long distance for the past eight years. He has taken part in every kind of event from 5k up to Marathons. In addition to Ryan's extensive personal running and fitness experiences, he holds a Bachelors degree in sport and exercise science. In 2014, Ryan released his first book Start Running in a Few Steps. The success of his first book prompted Ryan to release his second, First Time 5K Training, just months after.
