I've been refered to read this book, but im not really sure, specially after reading this review... is there any practical and more focused book?

David Clark says:
You can find a good reading list at http://www.scrumalliance.org/articles/65-scrum-reading-list - Mike Cohn taught my CSM course in London in 2006 and I'd recommend his books - but probably not until you've CSM certified yourself - ultimately I'd agree with the review - Ken's book is a core text, but given the overall elegent simplicity of SCRUM it possibly makes too much use of practical examples.
