I found this product to be great value for money and just what I was looking for for my PDA sat Nav.The holder rotates through 360 degrees and can also be fixed onto the air vent with the adaptor supplied.The supplier of this product was particularly helpful and friendly when I had cause to contact them and they provided me with A1 service.I had previously used a different device which included very small parts- plastic bits, springs etc, which kept falling off or getting lost down the air vent making the holder as good as useless.This item seems much simpler and practical in it's design.

As the title of the review suggests, this is completely useless. Suction. What suction. Refuses to stay attached to the windscreen and it hurts when it falls off and hits you while you're driving. Product arrives with instructions in pigeon English so unfortunately another imported product designed to not work and be thrown away. The only reason it's got 1 star is because I can't leave it blank.

The sides work on a ratchet system and you press the button on the side to release them. Then you place in your iphone push one of the sides closed and the other will close at the same time, until they are holding your player nice and firm. Solid as a rock, well designed and a must-have!

Fully recommend against the more expensive options available on amazon.
