Pretty good!,

I got this for my birthday to go with my iPod nano which I've had for some time now. It worked straight out of the box, which is SO relieving, and I've had no problems with it at all. The alarm is quite easy to set, and you can wake up to iPod, Radio or buzzer. I would advise against the buzzer though, it's the worst sound ever when you're waking up.
The only thing wrong with it is that you have to turn off the iPod on the song you want to wake up to, meaning that you can't go to bed listening to anything. The volume goes from 1 (barely audible) to 40 (haven't found a good time to try it yet... 35 you could hear from next door already :P) One more thing. Whenever you plug the iPod in or take it out, the backlight for the display comes on. You have to press it a couple of times to get it to go off again. I wish it didn't do this. Has anyone found a solution?

The iLuv i77 may be a very good alarm and docking station, I agree very good sound quality. BUT the system also comes with Video out socket so you can connect to your TV, the problem is the system does not support iPod classic/nano or touch with Video and the alarm will not work with touch becouse of software problems. I would look to other products if you want what you pay for!

Cheaper than the whte one!,

I was looking for an alarm clock and an ipod speaker stand - saw this and thought I'd combine the two!
The unit works straight out the box and set up is a doddle, the speaker is on a scale of 1 (soft) - 40 (mental) and the system is a nice piano black with a nice and bright face (4 settings) that can be turned off or light up the room bright. It has 2 alarms so you can set one for you and one for someone else, and you can wake to the radio/buzzer/ipod. If you want to wake up to the ipod you must leave it plugged in - in play mode. It will also charge your ipod whilst it is docked. It has various adaptors that will fit virtually any ipod (even my 3rd generation nano which it says its doesn't!) and a aerial for the radio. It even has its own handy little remote control. On the downside the power unit is Xbox 360 big and it does get mucky with fingerprints real quick, I also can't get the video to TV function on mine to work which (although I didn't buy it for that) is a shame. At the time of purchace (may) this was £10 cheaper than the white one - so its depends on what colour you want!
