Amazon provides your customers with tracking information, customer service and return service for all your Amazon.co.uk orders.

All Fulfilment by Amazon packages include detailed pack slips and are inspected at the time of packing. Shipments are delivered direct to the carrier of choice and shipment information is recorded in our system with tracking numbers and updated order status. Sellers can manage their Fulfilment by Amazon orders using special tools in Seller Central and can replenish the inventory from their own stocks for additional sales.
