Okay, my last phone was the Samsung Pixon which was a touch screen that I just couldnt get on with and I decided on my upgrade to get something with substance that was what I considered a "normal" phone. I have always been a fan of Nokia finding they are easier to use than most other phones. This phone is no different and upon receiving it felt like I had found the right phone for me. The N85 is chunky without ceing too big, and not so small that I spend half an hour rifling through my bag to find it. The screen is large and incredibly clear and the graphics are really good too. There are a couple of options for how you want the menu laid out but essentially the Nokia menu is reasonably easy to work round. The fact that this phone holds (I think) 8gb of music astounds me. I already have an ipod but I have also downloaded a few tunes on to this which was simple enough to do and I have a back up if my ipod is out of charge. I only have one fault that I could find with this (and maybe it is just that I dont know how to work it)...but there is nowhere to store notes with a pin lock on it. This has been a feature in previous Nokias that for some reason doesnt exist on this one. You can store notes but not security lock them. Other than that small point I love this phone. Easy to use, looks good, great battery life and all the gadgets too.
