I purchased a Ninendo Wii Console which included Wii sports and Wii Fit and it also included a Balance Board and 40 Games I bought it through Amazon from UK PAL the service i received was fast efficient at Christmas when they were no doubt at their busiest ! When something was missing in the parcel I received it after one phone call the next day. I would recommend buying from UK Pal to anyone.

You refunded our money as you were investigating the supplier. Thanks for that - we got it cheaper elsewhere. I certainly think the supplier was overcharging and they certainly were in no danger of meeting your normal excellent service standards!!!!!!!
