Was shipped and delivered very quickly and the delivery service was extremely well organised. Product arrived not well packaged. When taken out and plugged in the product made extremely loud grinding sounds and the inbuilt fan would stop and start. Not being someone to return items unless they are completely unfixable I decided to have a look at it. There were two things wrong with the product

1) the fan was lose and needed re-sticking into place, not too much of an issue.

2) the grinding sound was the fan scrapping against the back pannel so I had to remove the pannel.

Now it works perfectly! Design flaw by the maker not anything to do with the retailer and easily fixable. I would advise it but with a warning.

now i am not wearing the stair carpet out so much, just the bedroom carpet.
