If you sit Baby Born on her magic potty, you will hear a nice song. Once you press the flushing button in the front, you will hear a flushing sound and a light will flash. This is both a fun doll for any little girl and also teaches about potty training.
The musical potty can be a little annoying but if you take the batteries out it is much better!!
Glad this item was on sale at Amazon as i would not pay £35 for it but at £10 it was worth every penny.

I purchased the boy, and girl whilst amazon had them on offer at under £10 each! What a bargain! And they arrived the very next day. My eldest daughter had an original baby born doll years ago, and although the feeding function is very messy and usually only tried once, the doll was durable, safe, cute and very much loved! I have now purchaesed these dolls to put away for christmas for my youngest who will be three. I know what im getting with these dolls, sure some of the functions are irritating and maybe even pointless, but the fact that i know they will withstand years of loving and being thrown in and out of pushchairs, beds etc, is far more important to me. At under £10 you really cant go wrong, not sure id pay the rrp of £40! The added bonus of these dolls is all the accessories that can be purchased over the years to ensure your childs interest is held. Much better than having to purchase the latest doll each year, just update your baby born with an outfit, car, bed, sledge, horse....the list is endless!

Considering the attention span of very young kids this "must have" toy is a big hit on the budget. The accessories such as the musical potty are bizarre and amusing but soon got separated from the doll. I would suggest saying no, waiting and getting a longer lasting more educational toy.
