I was excited when the package arrived. opened it up and all looked quite well made. The tamper was a cheap piece of plastic rubish, but I wasn't to concerned by that. I carefully read the instructions, which supprised me, I usually just wing it, but I know these machines to be a bit sensative to the way you do things.

Unfortuntatly I was then to be sevearly disapointed. the Steam seems to be either rubbish to the point of useless, or faulty. According to the manual, when you turn it on, to prime the boiler with fresh water, the pump should kick in. it didn't. It squirted more water than steam, and then just fizzled out to no pressure at all. I couldn't even warm half a cup of milk, yet alone froth it. The dosing settings seemed tempramental and kept just cuting out.

I'm pretty sure this is a faulty unit, so I am going to send it back, and get a different make, just in case it is just rubbish.
