OK for a 80s party or maybe a class of old people on zimmer frames

If your buying this for class material in aerobics or step i wouldnt reccomend it as the BPM seems to be exactly the same all the way through even though it says it raises.
I could not even think of any routine you could use this cd for whatsoever.

But maybe for a kids party it could be ok
sounded like a pontins, haven or kids campsite club.
