This was my first tumble dryer, and for about a fortnight it was brilliant. After that the "empty water" light would come on randomly, even if the water tank was empty, and when this happens the heater would switch itself off as the machine believed it had nowhere to drain the water to, but the drum would keep going round and round until the timer clicked off. A local washing machine repairer took it away for a week, completely dismantled it, said he could find nothing wrong with it at all but that it "isn't the best dryer in the world" before giving me a knowing wink. I tried the machine again, found the "empty water" light still came on every single time, and so I gave up and eventually bought a Bosch which has been nothing short of brilliant.

Avoid this dryer like the plague!!!

Indesit IS 70 C (EX) Tumble Dryer

Got this product in December for £194 and have had absolutely no problem with it. It does what it should do and WITH regular emptying of the water tank it should not cause any problems.
AS with any condenser dryer or tumble dryer you do get some noise but not so that you cannot hear yourself think.
Indesit have to be commended for a a product which is cheap and effective.
Well worth the money!!
