I saw this and immediately bought it for a relative who is golf mad. I was put off by the other review which gave this a very poor score but I am glad I went a head with it. The scorer is a nifty little thing, not too small so you can't type the numbers but not too big that it won't fit on the bag. The instructions (which I did get) are very stright forward but being a man I never looked near them and tried the thing out myself. I found navigating around it very easy and it wasn't until I had filled in a full round that I saw there were instructions.

A fantastic gift / purchase for anyone who is in to golf, saves carrying pens/ pencils /score sheets around with you. My only issue is that for official games it is no use as it can't be plugged in to print the score (from what I saw).

I ordered this as a gift for my father, for christmas and it has turned up in a small black box and a bit of bubble wrap. technical things like this i feel should come with intructions, whereas this hasnt! over a bit of time im sure between me an him we will work out how it is used, but for face values it seem pretty basic and unhelpful!

the touch screen works perfectly but i found the numbers and letters on the item rather small to read when on the course. to read and input your score you must have perfect eyesight as i struggled to use the item. not a practical item to use unles you are prepared to spend time making the touch screen work.
