The light show and the music attract the newborn.
Once they can sit up they can practice getting the star shaped hoops on and off the stacker. The hoops also double up as teethers. The best stacker of it's kind!

Not a bad price, really durable, rings are lovely little teethers and it plays music/sound to keep baby interested. I agree best stacker on the market - if you want a stacker don't go any further than this!!!!!!!!

As with previous reviews, I agree this is the best stacking toy you can buy. Every time you put a star shape on the stacker, your baby is rewarded with delightful tunes and coloured flashing lights which really keep their interest. The stars on their own are easy to hold and great for chewing and sucking. There are a range of lovely classical tunes that are played and unlike alot of musical toys they are not irritating. I bought this and it lasted two children as it's so durable. It's still in use as I passed it onto their nursery when they grew out of it. Really good value for money!
