This is truly a brilliant album. i have most of the Santana albums from day one but play this one to death. I originally bought it on cassette and liked it a lot but re purchased it on CD upon it's release having added live versions of Oye Como Va and Samba Pa Ti....really the best versions I have heard......if you can keep still whilst these are playing you are most probably hard of hearing or maybe even DEAF! The guitar is as you would expect superb, I may go against the grain but buy this album and not Supernatural, you will not be dissapointed!

i am surprised they didn't do this album before. WOW! what an amazing album. Full of great sounds, mainly instrumental works here and percussion to match the true craftmanship of Carlos.
'Thoughts and Blue Latino' has got to rate as classics.

Save your money if you already own the Santana brothers studio album and Santana's Sacred Fire album.this is just a bad sounding compilation of those two.A real rip off!
I ordered it after reading the other two misleading reviews,expecting the Santana Brothers in concert,but nothing is farther from the truth!
all together a misleading offer.
