This disk is packed with vocabulary building power. The help functions are very useful to understand key words. It is also fun, sometimes hard to turn off the computer. It is particulary improves listening comprehension. It does not, however, contain any specific grammer exercises. Probably very useful as a individual learning aid to back up a more traditional course.
