Synopsis
This manual is for expatriate women in Holland, whether as jobseekers, relocated workers, or trailing spouses. It is full of practical advice and information on how to find a job in Holland, how to set up a small business, or how to become a freelance worker. And beyond work, there are sections on getting an education, keeping fit and healthy, exploring the Dutch culture, and meeting new friends. To provide an in-depth view, the book contains interviews and profiles of several women who have come to Holland. There are personal stories of women who have set up their own businesses, found new careers, coped with handicapped children, and experienced a new culture and people.
