5.0 out of 5 stars get to know the real way to health, 20 Feb 2010
By M. J. Scott "herbie 2" (England) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This book should be available on any course on nutrition. It gives the nutritional profile for herbs and tells you which herbs/minerals to use to help the body heal itself.
This is an important book will guide you on the path to true healing and health.
It clearly demonstrates why herbs are good for you. A must for all therapists. An alternative to popping vitamin pills. Real nutrition.
As a herbalist of many years experience I can thoroughly reccommend this book. It's definately a must.
