Product Description

Synopsis

Despite everyone's efforts, road traffic accidents involving equines continue to be a hazard faced by all who ride. The BHS continues to research means by which we can lessen these incidents. Ever increasing traffice, in particular large lorries, makes the task more daunting - which is why it is vitally important that EVERY rider reads this volume thoroughly and heeds the advice given, so that we can continue to enjoy our riding. It must be remembered that most of us cannot ride without some roadwork.

4.0 out of 5 stars Useful for all road riders,, 23 April 2001
By A Customer
This is an informative and well laid out little book containing useful information for every road rider. (Which, in this day and age is almost all of us). This book is designed for people taking their BHS riding and road test, but is useful for everyone who needs to brush up on their highway code. I would particularly recommend it to people with little or no road experience. This small book covers many useful road related topics including carriage driving tips and basic first aid. All in all, a good reference book with multiple choice questions at the end , (again for BHS test takers, but useful never the less).

This hat is of outstanding quality and comfort, the best of all that I have previously tried. It also looks very smart with the three point harness being comfortable around my chin. Would highly recommend this hat to all.

4.0 out of 5 stars a useful book to aid preperation, 25 Aug 2008
By Mrs. E. Daley (West Mids) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
Have no problems with the book apart from a couple of mistakes in the test questions and on the stopping distances (pge. 12 + 13)
Other than that this book has helped a great deal with the preperation of the test and i would recommend it to anyone thinking of buying it.
