I have written a review before but I must have done something wrong, because it didn’t post. I am writing it again because it is important to me to let everyone know what kind of book this really is.

This book changed my life. I don’t mean I quit smoking or any thing like that. I mean it changed my entire life. I have spent the last 10 years trying to change my life. Nothing worked. I spent hundreds of dollars over the years buying anything that I thought might work. I had almost given up on ever changing my life, and then I found this book.

With this book you can change anything! I am amazed at how well hypnosis worked for me. This book is so easy to read and understand that I was able to write a script that changed my life. It only took about 2 hours to write the script. I am happier then I have ever been in my life, my income has increased, and I just don’t feel stressed out any more.

This book has paid for its self in just a few weeks. BTW he has a website, and he actually writes to it, so if you have a question (I did) and need help with your hypnosis, he will help you. How many authors do that?

I was extremely disappointed with this book having purchased it because it had received such glowing remarks from 'other' reviews. In order to benefit from the induction methods, you have to first make a recording. This is most certainly going to fail as I think listening to your own voice is very irritating and the exact tempo and voice intonation, is critical if you are to succeed. I think it is just a showcase for his cd's or downloads, which are quite expensive. I will not be buying any further products from Mr Mackenzie and will seek out another more helpful and informed product.

A colleague suggested that I read this book after they went to see Richard at his clinic in the United Kingdom. I couldn't go to see Richard as the thought of the flight terrified me! I am British but moved to Spain 5 years ago to retire (only semi) and that was my first and last flight until two weeks ago! After reading Richards book I have had the courage to go once to visit the UK and see my family! Not only that but my brother arranged for me to go up in a microlite! I am now 100% comfortable in the air and actually enjoy it!

It is amazing that one you get rid of a phobia such as 'fear of flying' how much your life can change!
