ABC to be Asthma Free is a story about a young child who has asthma called David. David is unable to do many of the things which other children can do because of his asthma. He sees a sign for the summer sports day and makes a wish that he could participate in the race.
David breathes incorrectly; he mouth breathes all the time. He is unaware of how to unblock his nose and correct his breathing. As a result he has constant coughing, wheezing and breathlessness.
One night Argo the wizard appears and whispers the secret of how to breathe correctly to David. Over the coming weeks, David practises exactly what Argo teaches him.

David is progressing very well and signs up for the race. He has followed all of Argo's instructions and so has no asthma symptoms.
