I do not normally get on with Wrox books and have been disappointed with many of the so-called 'Professional' books but this at last is one that is worthy of the name, written by IBM people who actually work on the webphere platform it is authoritative , readable, bang up-to-date and crucially for busy people it's useful as a reference without having to read the whole book and do every example.

Bought this book to get to grips with Websphere.
The book fails miserably in my view.
It is a mish-mash of WSAD and a very superficial coverage
of Websphere.

Compare this with the FREE online documentation of Weblogic,
and you can very quickly understand the popularity of BEA
over IBM

At least I would say, go to a bookshop and sit down and go through the chapter BEFORE buying to see if what I am writing here is drivel or not.
