My boyfriend bought this for his mum who was moving to Spain and since then we have used it heavily whenever we visit, and everything we have tried has been straightforward. So much so I'm buying a copy to have for home! The recipes (so far) all seem to work perfectly, the pictures are mouthwatering and the food is varied and delicious. It's got a reference section at the beginning, which is interesting to read. It's not for people that can't be bothered with recipes that contain more than three ingredients but if you like cooking, and you are looking to add a Spanish cook book to your collection, I would recommend this highly
