If you've ever heard Bruce speak then this book reads just like an extended answer to a rather strange question. Once again, tight plotting and a bucket-full-o-weird make his novels well worth buying, but be aware his style has definitely changed during his recent forays into non-fiction and/or polemic.

The one drawback to this novel is the way every single person speaks with the same style and vocabulary - Bruce's. Other than that, as usual there's enough ideas, cool moments and simply-written complex events to make any author jealous.

Well done, and well worth buying.
