Product Description

Product Description

Although there are many books on the market about how to write effective marketing copy, there are very few specifically tailored to writing copy for the web, which is a totally different skill. Writing for the Internet presents many new problems, such as interactivity, shorter reading attention span, potential global audiences and search engine robots. This is not just a book on met-tagging but on the range of copy skills required to ensure the website reaches its full potential.

He is a Course Director and Registerd Consultant with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) for whom he has led numerous internet marketing seminars.

5.0 out of 5 stars I hope this review is legible after reading this book !!, 25 Feb 2006
This review is from: Writing Copy for the Web in a Week (Paperback)
This is a must for anyone not only writing for the web but also communicating by email. You have about 20-30 seconds before someone leaves your web site if they can't find what they are looking for. This book is naturally easy to read and comprehend.

Well done Nigel

5.0 out of 5 stars Well worth a read, 29 May 2003

A clear and concise set of 'nuggets'. Lots for the beginner and the professional. Easy to scan through in a few minutes, with enough interesting detail to want to go back to read it properly.

I was hoping for a few gems to point me in the right direction but failed to find any. Maybe when the book was first published in 2003 it was more relevant.
