This book is dedicated for passing 70-227 exam. If you ever have knowledge of Proxy Server 2.0 you will find you will master the book in short time (That's assume you have knowledge of Win2000 Security Policy and Active Directory). However, this book is not for in-death ISA Server administrator, but I recommend for everyone who will start learning ISA.
