Mike Mentzer proves in this work that he was a very special indivdual who desired to see us all spend our time wisely. This is a good follow from "HIT the Mentzer way", and a further insight into Mikes` mentality towards achieving your goals.John and Joanne have produced an honest and respectful account of their experiences with Mike.

The Consolidation Routine: Squats/Palms-up Pulldowns, Deadlift/Dips, and 5 minutes a week is a fascinating theory into achieving maximum strength and size.Curiosity got the better of me. So I gave it a go: it works.You can still use the Heavy Duty techniques with this routine; it is a stick of dynamite. As with the quality of "HIT the Mentzer way", this book is equally beneficial.

Brilliant Book.

Although quite an interesting read contains little training information, more of a tribute to a lost friend than a serious training manual.However high intensity training the Mike Mentzer way is an outstanding book which makes you question the agenda of most bodybuilding publications.High-Intensity Training the Mike Mentzer Way
