CM Punk vs. Shield
The two handicap matches in the show are hard to judge because all of the guys are fantastic workers and performers but something was off about both matches. I can't put my finger on it but the two matches failed to get going, had an odd pace to them and just felt off. This was the better of the two matches in my humble opinion.
**3/4 / *****

AJ Lee vs. Natalya - Divas Championship
A match thrown together out of no where, like every divas match nowadays bar Kaitlyn/AJ in the summer of 2013. This actually was decent for the short time it was given. Finish was fun too.

Big E Langston vs. Damien Sandow - IC
Poor Sandow, he was supposedly a future World Champion and then he was fed to Cena in October. This was the definition of the word "meh". Not bad, not good either.

Rhodes Bros vs. Rybaxel vs. Show & Mysterio vs. Real Americans - WWE Tag Titles
Finally something to get the crowd and me going. This was fun and sometimes that's good enough.

R-Truth vs. Brodus Clay
I've got to be honest here, i skipped this. Have no intention of watching this match ever.

Kofi Kingston vs. Miz
Wow, i've never seen this match before! Same old, same old

Daniel Bryan vs. Wyatt's
Gave my thoughts earlier, didn't work for me.

Randy Orton vs. John Cena - TLC match - Unified Championship
Here we go again, Cena and Orton one on one for what feels like the 100th time. You know i'm going to admit know that i had one eye on this match, i was hardly giving it a full viewing because honestly i'm tired of seeing these two in the same ring together. Match was fine, slow but fine. Finish was botched, all you need to know really.

The first thing that comes to mind with this event is how they only gave us 1 match featuring tables, ladders and chairs. Bit odd when you consider every year at this event,we get several matches featuring at least one of these. So with the main event (the tlc match) being very much the selling point for this event,we have an undercard that really isn't that bad, even without the expected matches.
So we start with an interesting idea as C.M. PUNK faces all 3 of THE SHIELD in a handicap match,it actually works, lots of great moments, even with a mistake or 2. It was a match that went for a good time and delivered in action, with a nice end.
NATALYA gets her hands on AJ for the diva's title next,it's good match,as you'd expect between these two talents, nothing special but very good.
BIG E LANGSTON vs DAMIEN SANDOW next,as BIG E defends his i.c. title. It's okay, but it doesn't really go anywhere and few cared.
The FATAL FOUR WAY ELINATION TAG TITLE MATCH next as champs GOLDUST and CODY RHODES go up against RYBAXEL (RYBACK and CURTIS AXEL),MYSTERISHOW (REY MYSTERIO and BIG SHOW) and REAL AMERICANS (JACK SWAGGER and ANTONIO CESARO). This is a top tag match, best we've had some time in my view. Loads of action and interesting elimination order,i really got into this one.
BRODUS CLAY takes on R-TRUTH. A grudge is starting between BRODUS and TENSAI and that pretty much dominates this match,it's a shame as R-TRUTH is impressive usually but wasted in this match no one really cared for.
KOFI KINGSTON vs MIZ in a no DQ match sounds interesting enough, but not a lot happens and again, few cared, shame to waste KOFI in this time filler.
Another 3 on one handicap match here as DANIIEL BRYAN takes on THE WYATT FAMILY. There's some great moments here, with bray's exorcist style move getting a lot of chants,BRYAN looks great and the whole thing works, nice time too.
The main event as the 2 main titles become unified in a tlc match where JOHN CENA faces RANDY ORTON. I really enjoyed this match to a point, lots of the kind of moments you'd expect and some nice wrestling, but for a match deemed the most important match in history,it really does fall short. Surprisingly short length in that it lasts less than half an hour and has an ending that seems to come at a moment where it looked as if it was going to go one for several more minutes, shame really. It's not even the best match of the year, nowhere near it,so for a match of this importance,it seems odd to me. Don't get me wrong,i very much enjoyed it,but it didn't become quite what it should've.
So a very enjoyable event, but they did mess up with a few things. Maybe next year, tlc will feature more TABLES,LADDERS and CHAIRS.
