Terrible service beware if something goes wrong!
on 22 January 2016
The product was not delivered on the day I was advised it would be - a day off work wasted and luck someone was in on the day it was delivered. Bear in mind it is really heavy and that the courier will not assist you after delivering over the door threshold. Assembly is fiddly, which is covered in the brochure but the design is poor where you could possibly 'pinch' the wires when you assemble - all laid out in their brochure to be fair. Mine worked fine for a week, I was happy with it and then it broke. Upon reporting the problems, the response from JLL was slow and poor, some of the messages we received were incomprehensible. I was asked to self diagnose the problem and was eventually sent another monitor in an attempt to fix the machine, on this occasion no notice was given of delivery, it was missed and the courier was impossible to contact, it was luck that three days later we were in when he called. The new monitor did not fix the machine and as the goods were not fit for purpose, we asked for a full refund; read JLL's small print on this and be very wary; note they do not send out any engineer to assist or fix the machine you are expected to diagnose the problem and if they decide that the goods were not faulty when returned, they will charge you delivery in both directions and deduct 20% from your refund as the goods are no longer new as they have been opened! IF they find it's a manufacturing fault they will make a full refund (given the poor design and warning of possible pinching of wires on self assembly, this is what they seem to want to hide behind). Be very wary, the service is non existent if there is a problem and there is a bullying culture to dissuade you from applying your Consumer Rights and requesting a full refund
