Golf Tees and golf balls

purchasing and delivery were of a good standard, but I was annoyed that I had my card details rejected twice on each of the items listed above. initially this was due to a debit card change, after I changed my details to my current card my order went through.
The next day my orders were again rejected on the order for the golf balls and I was obliged to go back into the system again and found that my update card details were there but that my old card was highlighted and so payment was rejected by my bank. I selected the correct card, sadly this resulted in a double order of golf tees, luckily this order was only for just over £2.00; had it been the golf balls at £30+ I would have been making a complaint.
I would like to know why after correcting my card details when ordering the golf balls, why did the system again select the old card even though I had updated my details reference payment?
