When I heard about this book I initially presumed it would be a typical celebrity book full of photos of her and telling us to lead the perfect life they do, but in fact it is a very informative book. The book encourages women to take care of their bodies and explains about nutrition etc. I've wanted a book that explains more about food and how it affects your body rather than one that lays out a diet plan.
This book is so easy to read! The tone of the book is very chatty, preventing Diaz from coming across patronising. As I was reading the book, I instantly felt inspired to eat a lot healthily and felt a lot more positively about doing so!
