4.0 out of 5 stars Great Album...But, 19 July 2007
I loved the original music, and this is great, its nice to hear it digitally remastered, however it is very annoying that I can't listen to it on the best sound system I have, my Windows Media PC all set up perfectly, and wired throughout the house, as it's one of those CD's which annoyingly ejects as soon as it spins up, tried it on friends PC's, all to the same effect, why did they have to put such retarded copy protection on it, it just means as well as getting a legitimate version, I will also have to get a pirate copy so I can actually listen to it how I want.

Firstly I have to say that I have actually played this game (unlike half of the people posting reviews on here). Firstly look at the game, the plot isn't as good as the first, but it's still very good, graphically the source engine is great, and sound wise full surround sound and brilliant effects. So you need a DVD drive to use the game, it states this in the tech bit on the box, next you need an internet connection to install it (though you don't after if you set steam to offline mode) it states this on the box, and with broadband it… Read more

Splinter cell is a great game, I would defiantly recommend buying it, and the graphics are superb with no glitches and all in gloriously detailed environments. All the environments are fully interactive in that you can shoot things up, and there are usually objects that you can move scattered around the areas.
The sound is fully atmospheric and the music can give you a good idea of what's going to happen, i.e. danger coming up, when it's safe and so on. The gameplay scores highly as well keeping you hooked throughout the life of the game.
However there are a few problems, firstly I'd say the camera angles, the camera can be a little clumsy at times, getting you killed because from… Read more
