This seems to be a well made and useful docking lead for Apple products with the old type connector. It is gold coloured, but whether the contacts are gold plated, I am not in a position to say. All I can say is that it works well, and I have no complaints.
A good product, which gave me an excellent opportunity to tidy up the trailing leads hidden behind my TV for the set, Surround sound system, Bluray player, digibox, Sky wi fi receiver, lamp etc. Having the sockets offset at 45 degrees is a good idea as it allows for even the bulkier sockets with built in transformers to sit alongside one another.
These cartridges arrived a few weeks ago on time and properly packed. they were required for replacing the Epson inks in my printer when required. as they have not yet been used it is difficult to rate them at all, so I have provisionally given them the 3 star rating.
