In 1989, I lived in East Jerusalem for two months while I studied at Hebrew University. I crossed from east to west and back at least twice a day. I spoke Hebrew all the time on the west side, but didn't speak enough Arabic back then, so I spoke French or English there instead. I also spoke Italian and French with tourists at the hotel where I stayed on the Mount of Olives.
For my next birthday, I've decided that "April in Paris" has a nice ring to it.....

This is the SIXTEENTH CD by Paul Hardcastle which I have bought for my collection, and I always wonder if each new disk will be as good as the one before it. I needn't worry, though, because he just keeps on getting better! The man is amazing.
I like this one better than any of his others for several reasons: First, the tracks immediately sound like him, which is a good thing. His sound is always the perfect mix of sensuous rhythm, relaxation, hypnotic sounds, dreamy melodies, and chill-out bliss. I love the way it makes me feel.
