I read Sasha's book after a relatively recent problem. Unfortunately at that time I had fallen into a vicious cycle, and was at the brink of despair, but Sasha's methods will teach you how to get out of the cycle (there is no 'instant' cure but a gradual recovery process). The method is simple, very straightforward in fact. But that's the reason why it works so well - sleep shouldn't be complicated!
