I bought this book and started 3 months ago and am so pleased I did. This diet is really a lifestyle change - as any diet should be. But the difference is that this one is simple, logical and indulgent!!! Berries and cream and dark chocolate everyday is not my idea of restrictive!
It is in three phases, the first is only for 5 days and is designed to eliminate the three conditions that cause people to overeat - it is tough but it is only 5 days. Phase 2 and 3 are progressively easier - but both are completely workable, easy to follow and ideal for the food lover.
