1.0 out of 5 stars Warning, 31 Jan 2013
They're too fat to fit my admittedly ancient (about 17yrs) Parker pen. I'm really annoyed that there is nothing on the box to suggest they fit a specific range of Parker's fountain pens! Looking around, I'm not the only one to have had this problem.
Nothing to Envy: Real Lives in North Korea by Barbara Demick

4.0 out of 5 stars Beg, borrow or buy, 29 Sep 2011

Demick entwines the stories of six defectors, crucially, from different strata of North Korean (NK) society, among them; a model NK citizen who upholds the Government's values, a girl who's family background proves a barrier, a young man using often illegal means just to survive. The Thyroid Sourcebook for Women (Sourcebooks) by M. Sara Rosenthal

3.0 out of 5 stars A good starting point, 26 Dec 2007
I found Rosenthal's book a good starting point when first diagnosed. It explains very well the Biology of thyroid conditions, the symptoms, treatments etc. The focus on women meant that I learnt a lot that was not even considered in other books. As my diagnosis has progressed I have found it lacking in detail unfortunately but still do refer to it on occassion. If you've just been diagnosed and need something readable, that considers issues particular to women in an informative manner, I would recommend this book.
