Crown of Steel (Chaos Awakens Book 2) by Heath Pfaff
5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant follow up, 9 Mar 2014
This is the second book in the Chaos Awakens saga. I had been really looking forward to it after the cliffhanger at the end of the last book, Servant of Steel, and was not disappointed. In the expanse of one book we're taken by the author to so many different and engaging environments, a genuinely fantastic adventure. There is also genuine tension and a touch of horror in here, as with the last book, which is written wonderfully. The storyline and characters are exceptionally original and refreshing.

Crown of Steel is absolutely an experience to read.

Adult themes are handled in the book and it is violent, but not tastelessly or… Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple but beloved toy, 12 Feb 2014
This mouse looks very simple and, well, flat. It's not the prettiest fanciest cat toy, but for some reason it became an instant favourite in this house. We had to buy a backup for when it invariably gets knocked under the sofa (only about a dozen times a day...sigh).
