There's quite a lot you can configure on this camera, and the good thing about this book is it gives guidance and makes suggestions as how best to configure and use the various features. Saves time in doing it by trial and error, and has also got me to use some useful features I otherwise wouldn't have. It also gives a very detailed description of what each option does and how to use it, and in that way is more useful than Sony's own on-line manual.

No hologram, no retail packaging, and did not work - would not hold any charge. Could have been a piece of plastic with nothing inside for all I know. However, Amazon were excellent at sorting out the return and refund.

Well, that's my predominant memory from this gig. When he says "welcome to paradise", I've always thought he meant the Nottingham University campus, which is a huge parkland with buildings dotted about, and even in those days was quite surreal.
Gong are in fine form. They are obviously well rehearsed, relaxed and enjoying playing the music. All the tracks are great, and the recording quality is quite excellent, considering the technology at the time.This meant running individual analogue cables from each instrument / microphone on stage about 100 yards out of the back of the building to a lorry in the car park that was the mobile studio.
