Excellent follow-up to his book 'Gordon Ramsay's Ultimate Cookery Course'
If you liked that book you will love this one as this is essentially a continuation from that book. Exciting recipes and lovely photographs combine to make a book that I want to start cooking from immediately.

Firstly, please ignore the first review of this book by Vicky 'darren redstar'. It's quite clear that she doesn't own the book. It seems as if their only intention was to come and post a personal attack on Jamie Oliver. Hopefully Amazon will do the right thing and remove the review and it distorts the rating of this product
I am a big fan of Jamie Oliver and have most of his previous books so naturally I was pleased to discover that he had another one coming out. I read on Jamie's website that he was working on another book but put that to one side due to the demand by his fans for him to produce a book aimed at helping us to save money and waste less food yet still eat well… Read more

To accompany the TV series of the Incredible Spice Men comes the tie-in book. Chefs Cyrus Todiwala and Tony Singh have travelled the country seeking out dishes that they could put their spicy twist on.
We all love our traditional British food and so the idea of being able to transform them with spices is something that immediately appealed to me so when I saw that such a book was coming out I was very pleased. Some people tend to look down on the British classics so if you're holding a dinner party it might be nice to wheel out a couple of the dishes from this book without telling them of the spices that have been put into them to transform them into dishes that would wow any… Read more
