This is an excellent book - well written, easy to read and pitched at just the right level for the IT literate reader. It gives a clear and concise overview of DSDM Atern, PRINCE2 and ITIL. The book is an excellent source for anyone interested in the how and why of merging the aforementioned practitioner based approaches.

The use of a synthesised case study works really well and gives the reader a good feel of how to apply the theory in practice.

The book was interesting, informative, enjoyable and helpful - a difficult mix to achieve...
