I thought this film had a delicate and sentimental quality to it. The lighting was very atmospheric and at times serene. Without the music though the film would be lacking. It moulds the whole atmosphere of the piece. The film itself is very short and leaves a lot of questions unanswered. I guess that is why it is set during the Vietnam war. War always leaves unanswered questions.
