I'd like to say "Used every day since I bought it!"
But that wouldn't be true.
Not because the product isn't any good, but the need for using it just didn't arise quite as frequently as that.
Still, when needed, it did provide an extra skin/skin interface lubricant quite effectively.
Cheaper than the branded alternative.

The diet is basically - "Two or three days a week, be so hungry you want to kill someone then eat the next day"
It works, but I didn't really bother with any of the diet advice in the book - except to eat high value food, such as eggs on hungry. days.
I just had an egg for breakfast and only veg for evening meal, maybe with a tin of mackerel.

But, IF!!! you actually do the dieting and exercise, they seem to be spot on for tracking changes in fat percentage and weight loss.
I'm not actually very fat.
When I started dieting I was only 78kg, and 19% fat (5'10", 40+ male)
However, I knew the weight and fatness I wanted to be. These shocked me by revealing the high % of visceral fat I was carrying (7%).
I found that for a day of fasting I could lose about 100g of fat.
Technically their accuracy isn't sufficient to measure this in a single measurement - I just calculated rolling averages.
